PRICE PER PERSON :
3000 Euros (based on a twin room shared by two participants)
Minimum of 15 participants required to realize the circuit, be careful the program is presented to international organizations in order to mix participants (42 Maximum) !

THE PRICE IS EXCLUDING:
- A potential increase of airport taxes (as of today 220 Euros are included)
- Drinks for lunch & dinner
- Everything that as not be previously written in the program
- Personal expenses such as telephone, beverages, souvenirs, cleaning service, beauty salon or barber shop...
- Extra charge for single use rooms : 360 Euros
- Cancellation insurance 75 Euros
CONDITIONS TO APPLY & CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT:
- Reservation form (contract) perfectly filled and signed by each participant or representative
- Upon reservation a prepayment of 25% is requested by the tour-operator.
- The total amount should be paid 30 days before departure date.
- If the participant wishes a reservation with cancellation insurance, payment of the extra charge (linked to the insurance policy) should be upon reservation (with the 25%).
INSURANCES :
- APS financial guarantee up to 382 864 €
- Professional and civil responsibility insurance policy contracted by Parfums du Monde with GENERALI FRANCE ASSURANCES- 5, rue de Londres - 75 456 PARIS CEDEX 09 in the limit of 7 000 000 €, policy N°A352 384, according with the law to cover Parfums du Monde as a travel agent (up to the limit written above).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation, it should be communicated to the tour-operator by a registred mail or by e-mail and depending on reception date, the penalty due to Safrans du Monde will be calculated as follows:
- From 90 to 45 days before departure: 10 %
- From 44 to 30 days before departure: 25 %
- From 29 to 15 days before departure: 50%
- From 14 to 7 days before departure: 75 %
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100 %
PROCEDURE TO BE ELIGIBLE:
For indication (January 2007) regarding European Union citizens:
- Validity of the Passport should be more than 6 months after return date to Europe.
- No compulsory vaccine required.
- A little bag or a light handbag is requested to carry personal belongings during excursions (main suitcase or travel bag should have good rollers anyway), please remember that the maximum weight allowed on board is 20 Kilograms and think how books & papers could be heavy.
SPECIFIC SALES CONDITION:
No complain will be taken into consideration after two weeks from the arrival day in Europe.
No money refund possible due to a lack of presentation from an Origami Artist or Master for family reason, healthy reason or any other personal factor.
