November, 16th : BALI (Jimbaran)
Wake up in the softness of a balinese morning and experience this day of freedom on the private beach of Jimbaran Puri.
What would you prefer, farniente ? massage ? or discover at leisure, as today, a private guide and chauffeur are at your disposal to escort you to the local shops and craft stalls of Nusa Dua, Legian or Seminyak. You may also prefer to walk around the temples, discover the countryside life or play golf in exceptionnal surroundings...
We will meet again for a sunset cocktail followed by a very special venue.

November, 17th : BALI (Ubud)
Bali's Heart is open to you this morning in Tampaksiring for the visit of Tirta Empul Temple and the elephants cave. Following villages lined by paddy fields in terrace, the steep forest will lead you to the gorges of Ayung River where stands one of the most spectacular hotels of the world.
In a private villa at the Hanging Garden, penetrate the the balinese soul, then indulge yourself with a cocktail followed by a dinner in an indescriptible decor.

November, 18th : BALI (Batur Volcano)
Through green and volcanic landscapes of North East Bali, your excursion today takes you to the temples in terrace of Besakih, the most important of all, then to Kintamani, near the volcanic lake dominated by the heights of Mount Batur.
Dinner is served tonight at your convenience.

November, 19th : BALI (Ubud)
Today you will meet with the children of the surrounding villages came to perpetuate the balinese ancestral gestures. You will attend their crafts and dance workshops, a unique opportunity for an initiation and a touching encounter.
Alternatively, you may also walk around villages, go shopping or enjoy a bicycle ride, a private guide is at your disposal. But do not forget to indulge yourself with the balinese treatment reserved for you at the hotel Ayung Spa.
Regarding this evening programm, we keep the secret resumed in one word...magical !

November, 20th : BALI - YANGON
After a last breakfast in the enchanting decor of the Hanging Gardens, and a farewell to Bali's serenity, you fly this morning to Singapore and Yangon. Burma warmly welcomes you at the Orient-Express jewel, the Gorvernor's Residence.
After a short break, we will share a cocktail in the colonial style verandah before dinner.

November, 21th : ROAD TO MANDALAY (Mandalay)
Take off this morning to Irrawady River and Mandelay where Road to Mandalay is anchoring. One of a kind, the Orient-Express vessel combines noble materials and burmese style elegance with demands of modern comfort.
After lunch, you will discover the native city of Buddhism. Here, serenity surrounds you as the sun sets on the river – a superb prelude for a nice dinner, followed by a local show.

November, 22th : ROAD TO MANDALAY (Sagaing)
You will visit this morning Sagaing Hills, a vivid buddhism center, famous for its silversmiths that perpetuate the material work like their ancestors in times past.
Set course for the south by noon and observe from the top deck the fascinating animation on the river banks, while a guide lectures on local places and customs.
Dinner on board will be followed by a local show.

November, 23th : ROAD TO MANDALAY (Bagan)
A morning in Bagan, where more than 2000 temples proudly stand, you will visit a selection of them.
Lunch on board and if you wish, you will go for a bicycle or carriage ride to explore the city according to your rythm. When the sun sets, your guide will escort you to the heights for a breathtaking vision before dinner served on board.

November, 24th : BAGAN - YANGON
A short flight to Yangon, and follow your guide for a discovery of the capital city. From the Sule Pagoda overlooked by its laying buddha to the Royal Lake, and the Bogyoke market rich of thousands of treasures, you will eventually reach the Shwedagon Pagoda.
Dinner will be served at your convenience.

November, 25th : YANGON (Bago)
Go north for a day tour in Bago, the ancient capital of the Mon Kingdom, dominated by the Shwemawdaw Pagoda and its diamonds incrusted in the golden stuppa that rises up to 114 meters.
You will also discover the impressive Shwethalyaung laying buddha and the old Kambozathadi Palace, before returning to the Governor's Residence for the dinner served at your convenience, and the night.

November, 26th : YANGON
A private guide and a chauffeur are at your disposal today to complete the visit of Yangon at your rythm. According to your wishes, they will suggest the village of Twante, the Gems Museum, Mingalar market and Hledan or simply stroll in the city to feel it your way.
Back to the hotel, you will appreciate the burmese massage reserved for you, before the dinner, served at your convenience.

November, 27th : YANGON - EASTERN & ORIENTAL EXPRESS
Take off this morning to Bangkok where another Train of Legend awaits you, The Eastern & Oriental Express. Comfortably settled in your gleaming car, you travel towards the Golden Triangle.
High Tea, encounters and enchantment will lead you soon to the bar cars where the pianist accompanies your welcome cocktail. What a marvelous prelude for a gourmet dinner !

November, 28th : EASTERN & ORIENTAL EXPRESS (Chiang Mai)
Breakfast is served in you compartment before entering Chiang Mai Station. After a short city tour, cross the Mae Sa Valley and discover a very special camp... on elephant's back !
After an original lunch, you will find again the train at the happy hour, just before dinner.

November, 29th : EASTERN & ORIENTAL EXPRESS (Sawankhaloke)
Breakfast is served in you compartment, you disembark for an excursion at Si Satchanalai, one of the main centers of Sukhotai Kingdom, and its buddhist temples from the 13th century, registered in the Universal Patrimony of Unesco.
Return on board at Sila At for lunch. In the afternoon, arrive at Lampang for a carriadge stroll to Baan Sao Nok, the 116 teak pillars house built in traditionnal Lanna Thai style.
Dinner on board.

November, 30th : BANGKOK – JOHANNESBURG (Possibilité de retour vers Paris)
After your last breakfast on board, the train enters Bangkok Station, a real change of atmosphere. You are in the capital for a short city tour before reaching the airport and fly in Business Class to Johanesburgh via Hong Kong.*
