Our prices are fixed on basis of a minimum of 10 particpants and a maximum of 15., with reference to the economic conditions as per 03/15/2007, in particular for the accommodation rates, transportation, and various taxes (stay, safety, airport taxes…) and amercan and australian Dollars exchange rate, as well as the south african Rand.
The air transportation is scheduled on basis of the «oneworld explorer» ticket conditions for above mentioned airlines and their affiliates, especially for the flight booking classes. Depending on the date of the booking, the adapated booking classes may not be available, in such a case, the tour price may be modified, the customer will then be advised according to the terms detailed in the general conditions.
Our prices are ferm and payable in Euros. They may be revised according to the terms described in article 100 and 101 from the decree 94-490 from june,15 th, 1994 (France). In such an eventuality, the customer will be informed by a minimum notice of 30 days. Within a period of 8 days after aknoledgement, he will accept the new price or cancel the tour. In case the minimum of 10 participants for this tour is not completed, this may be cancelled or proposed on an indivual based.
The customer will be informed of such a case 21 days at least, before the departure. If such case occurs, he may cancel his tour for this reason and within 7 days from its notification, the amount paid will be totally refund, with no other compensation. Likewise, if the tour cancellation is due to unforeseeable situations (force majeure) outside our control, no compensation will be paid.
