If there is one iconic hotel in London, it is today that you step through its doors. The day will be free, an opportunity to explore London at your own pace, according to your desires… unless you prefer to indulge in some Boxing Day shopping!

The day concludes with a moment of conviviality around a cocktail in an elegant setting, leading into an exceptional evening around one of the most prestigious tables of Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay.

DECEMBER 27th – LONDON

This morning, we open for you, and only for you, the doors of the iconic Courtauld Gallery, which houses masterpieces of Impressionism, from Monet, Van Gogh, Degas, to Manet. You will also discover, exclusively, the work of Wayne Thiebaud, considered one of the greatest American artists of the 20th century.

Then, you will follow in the footsteps of the Savoy historian, who will make the walls whisper their little anecdotes and the grand history written by figures like De Gaulle, Maria Callas, Churchill, the Marx Brothers, and many others. After lunch, your guide will take you through the city, marveling again at Trafalgar Square, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, and more. The morning begins in complete intimacy in the salons of the Belvedere, where a private tour reveals the treasures of one of Austria’s most beautiful museums. This morning, to start the year, you experience a rare moment: taking your seat in the Golden Hall of the Musikverein to attend the legendary New Year’s Concert. Broadcast live, it is the most famous musical event, bringing together millions of music lovers from around the world each year. In 2025, this edition promises to be even more memorable: it will mark the 200th anniversary of the birth of Johann Strauss II, the undisputed master of the waltz, and celebrate the 85th performance of this iconic concert. After this emotionally charged event, you will enjoy exchanging views over a delicious lunch before enhancing your knowledge of the city’s most beautiful palaces along the Ringstrasse. Full board, based on three meals per day, including some meals during the flights, from dinner on the first day to breakfast on the last day. Drinks on board the private jet and standard beverages during meals at the destinations: wine, mineral water, beer, and soft drinks. Registration form duly completed, signed and:

  • 1st deposit of 30% upon reservation;
  • 2nd deposit of 20% due 120 days before departure;
  • Balance of 50% due 60 days before departure.

INSURANCE

  • Assistance / baggage / repatriation: usually included in the price of the trip for participants - please contact us for more information.
  • Optional cancellation insurance to be contracted at the time of booking: 7,5% of the trip price. See conditions in the policy provided upon subscription.
  • Professional Liability Insurance taken out by Safrans du Monde with GENERALI IARD, 2 rue Pillet Will, 75009 PARIS, up to 2,000,000 euros, policy AT875345, to cover the consequences of professional liability that Safrans du Monde may incur as a travel operator, within the limits of the aforementioned policy.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation must be communicated by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt and will incur the following cancellation fees depending on the date of receipt:

  • Up to 180 days before departure: 20% of the trip amount
  • From 179 to 120 days before departure: 30% of the trip amount
  • From 119 to 90 days before departure: 40% of the trip amount
  • From 89 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the trip amount
  • From 59 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the trip amount
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the trip amount

PRICES AND CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION

The price per person is based on a group of a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 12, with reference to the economic conditions in effect as of April 23, 2025, particularly for accommodation rates, transportation, fuel (IATA 670 USD/T), various taxes (stay, security, airport, etc.), and the exchange rate of the British Pound (1 EUR = 0.86 GBP). Air transportation is planned according to this program, and the types of aircraft are mentioned as a guideline; they may be subject to change without prior notice.

The photos illustrating this brochure are non-contractual and are intended to provide a visual overview of the activities and accommodations offered.

Given the complexity of this journey, the type of aircraft planned and/or one or more stops and/or one or more hotels may be subject to modification or replacement, unforeseen at the time of the brochure's publication (April 23, 2025), particularly but not exclusively due to landing or takeoff authorizations at a scheduled airport. If the group does not reach the minimum number of participants required for the type of aircraft, this special program may be canceled or postponed.

For significant changes such as the cancellation of the departure due to not reaching the minimum number of participants, the modification of the trip price, or a significant alteration of the itinerary, the client will be informed, if possible, no later than 21 days before departure. In each of these three situations, the client will have a period of 8 days upon receiving the notification to accept the new proposal or request the cancellation of their booking. In such cases, the amounts paid by the client will be fully refunded, but no compensation will be offered.

Similarly, if the trip is canceled due to epidemic circumstances, force majeure, or other exceptional and unavoidable circumstances as mentioned in Article L.211-14 of the French Tourism Code, the client will not be entitled to any compensation. Any interruption of the trip not caused by the organizer will not be subject to any refund, even partial, of transportation services or other services, unless covered in full or in part by an insurance company, within the limits of the insurance contract.
