Over seventeen days, travel from Paris through the vineyards of Champagne and Burgundy, along the Mediterranean coast and into Provence, before continuing through the Périgord, Saint-Émilion, and the château country of the Loire. With private aircraft, helicopters, exceptional hotels, and carefully arranged access throughout, each chapter of the journey offers a different perspective on France.
Begin in Paris with the Louvre being opened just for you, followed by an elegant evening on the Seine. From there, take to the skies and arrive in Champagne, where Art Deco, celebrated maisons, private collectors, and rare grower Champagnes set the tone for the journey. Continue to Burgundy, discovering the vineyards of Vosne-Romanée and enjoying lunch aboard a private péniche before flying south to the Riviera. Arrive in Cannes during the Film Festival, when the Côte d’Azur is at its most vibrant, before continuing to Saint-Tropez for two days shaped entirely around your interests. A private yacht, Fondation Carmignac, wellness, golf, shopping, or simply time spent exploring the peninsula can all become part of the experience. From here, continue into Provence, with Aix-en-Provence, Cézanne, Château La Coste, and the landscapes that have inspired generations of artists. The journey then moves north into the Périgord, where truffles, foie gras, prehistoric caves, and the Dordogne countryside offer a very different side of France. Continue by helicopter to Saint-Émilion, staying among the vineyards and enjoying private château visits before an exceptional tasting and lunch at Château d’Yquem. Finally, journey through Cognac and into the Loire Valley, discovering magnificent châteaux, gardens, villages, and countryside by bicycle before returning to Paris.

Whether meeting the people behind France's greatest wines and spirits, exploring a private collection, dining in exceptional surroundings, or discovering a place that few visitors ever reach, this is France experienced slowly, personally, and in extraordinary company.
Day 1 — Paris
Arrive in Paris, where your private chauffeur will be waiting to welcome you into the city. The afternoon is yours to discover at your own pace, with a private guide available should you wish to begin exploring. As evening falls, step aboard a private boat on the Seine for a welcome cocktail, gliding past the illuminated landmarks of Paris before choosing your own setting for dinner.
Day 2 — Paris
Begin your day at the Louvre, privately opened for you, away from the usual crowds of the museum. Continue to an intimate lunch with important French figures at one of Paris’s historic dining institutions, where gastronomy and French cultural life have long met around the table. The afternoon remains yours, with a private guide shaping the day around your interests, before an evening at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Day 3 — Paris to Champagne
Today, a helicopter carries you away to the heart of Champagne. At the Perrier-Jouët Maison, an Art Deco expert reveals another dimension of the house before you continue along the Avenue de Champagne and into its celebrated cellars. Meet a private Champagne collector for a more intimate perspective on the region and its rarest bottles, then end the day with a private dinner in an elegant château.
Day 4 — Champagne
Discover the Côte des Blancs through its vineyards and the small producers whose wines express the character of the land. Private tastings and vineyard visits offer an intimate introduction to the region, followed by lunch among the vines. Continue to rare and impressive domaines in the afternoon, allowing the day to unfold through the people, places and wines that make Champagne distinctive.
Day 5 — Champagne to Burgundy
Take to the skies once again, flying privately over the vineyards of Champagne before arriving in Burgundy. Lunch aboard a private péniche on the Burgundy Canal offers a leisurely introduction to the landscape before continuing to Vosne-Romanée, at the heart of some of Burgundy’s most coveted vineyards. Here, the afternoon is devoted to a region where terroir, time and savoir-faire are inseparable.
Day 6 — Burgundy to Saint-Tropez
A private flight carries you south to Cannes, arriving amid the energy of the French Riviera during the Cannes Film Festival in May or the Yachting Festival in September. Enjoy lunch at a celebrated beach club before setting off in a convertible along the coast, discovering an out-of-the-ordinary site along the way before continuing to the presqu’île of Saint-Tropez for three nights.
Days 7–8 — Saint-Tropez
The next two days are yours to shape entirely around your interests and the rhythm of the Riviera. Spend time on the Mediterranean aboard a private boat, combining secluded beaches with art and a visit to Fondation Carmignac; retreat to the spa for a restorative wellness escape; enjoy a round of golf; explore Saint-Tropez and its presqu'île; or spend the day with a private guide and chauffeur discovering the boutiques, villages, and quieter corners of the coast. With each day tailored to you, the pace remains entirely your own. One evening, enjoy a traditional bouillabaisse in a stunning setting, while another is left open for a restaurant of your choice.
Day 9 — Saint-Tropez to Provence
Continue into Provence with a private exploration of Aix-en-Provence, following in the footsteps of Cézanne, discovering its celebrated fountains and visiting Centre Caumont, renowned for its art exhibitions. Later, continue to Château La Coste, where an art expert introduces you to the estate's remarkable collection and sculpture park before dinner on the stunning grounds.
Day 10 — Provence
Choose your own perspective on Provence. Explore Les Baux, traditional Provençal markets, and the immersive Carrières de Lumières with a private guide; enjoy a restorative day at leisure; travel to Arles and into the Camargue, discovering the salt marshes and the traditions of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer; or venture to Marseille for a private exploration of the city.
Day 11 — Provence to the Périgord
A private plane carries you into the Périgord, where the landscape shifts to forests, medieval villages and deeply rooted culinary traditions. Visit Château des Milandes and Sarlat before spending the day with a truffle hunter, discovering the traditions of truffles and foie gras that belong so closely to this region. Your evening unfolds at a Relais & Châteaux property beside the Dordogne.
Day 12 — Périgord
Spend the day immersed in the natural beauty of the Dordogne. A private guide leads you through the region before an active afternoon on the river by canoe or kayak. Continue underground to discover some of the extraordinary prehistoric caves that make the Périgord one of France's most fascinating landscapes.
Day 13 — Périgord to Saint-Émilion
Take to the skies by helicopter, flying above the forests and valleys of the Périgord before arriving in the vineyards of Saint-Émilion. Discover the vineyards surrounding your private château with a private tasting before exploring the village and the celebrated Route des Vins. End the day with an intimate dinner at your château, overlooking the vines.
Day 14 — Saint-Émilion
Begin with a private tasting and lunch at Château d'Yquem, one of Bordeaux's most legendary estates. Later, continue by helicopter to discover the world of French caviar, meeting the producers behind this exceptional delicacy and gaining a glimpse into another of France's great gastronomic traditions.
Days 15–16 — Saint-Émilion to the Loire Valley
Continue towards the Loire Valley, stopping in Cognac to meet the masters behind Hennessy and discover the craftsmanship behind one of France's most celebrated spirits. Continue into château country for two days among magnificent estates, including Villandry, Ussé, Chenonceau, and Clos Lucé. Between visits, enjoy leisurely bicycle rides through the countryside and exceptional dining.
Day 17 — Loire Valley to Paris, then back home
Return to Paris for your flight home, bringing this extraordinary journey through France to a close.

Any cancellation must be communicated by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt and will incur, depending on the date of receipt, the following cancellation fees:
- 6 months and more before departure : no cancellation fees
- From 179 to 120 days before departure: 30% of the amount of the trip
- From 119 to 60 days before departure: 40% of the amount of the trip
- From 59 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the amount of the trip
- From 29 to 8 days before departure: 75% of the amount of the trip
- Less than 8 days before departure: 100% of the amount of the trip
Our prices are based on 2 people traveling together, within a group of maximum 12 paricipants, with reference to the economic conditions in force as of October 20th, 2026, including accommodation rates, transportation, fuel, various taxes (stay, security, airport, etc.) and the exchange rates of the US Dollar. This trip is planned based on long-haul flights in Business Class. Depending on the registration date for the trip, the booking classes on one or more flights in the aforementioned program may no longer be available, in which case, the price of the trip may be modified. The customer will be notified according to the terms set forth in the general sales conditions attached to the brochure, on the back of the Registration Form. In addition, the airlines are mentioned for information purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Safrans du Monde cannot be held responsible for this and no compensation can be claimed in this eventuality. Given the complexity of this trip, one or more activities may be subject to modification or replacement, justified by an event external to the organizer and unforeseen at the time of the brochure publication (October 20th, 2026). Any interruption of the trip that is not the fault of the organizer will not be refunded, either partially or entirely, neither for transport services nor for other services, except if covered in whole or in part by an insurance company within the limits of the insurance contract taken out. Our prices payable in US Dollars (or the equivalent in Euros) are firm, however, they may be revised, according to the conditions described below and the terms of the General Conditions of Sale. If the minimum of 10 participants for this program is not reached, the trip may be canceled or offered on an individual basis, with a potential supplement applicable for this purpose. Regarding significant modifications such as the cancellation of departure due to failure to reach the minimum number of participants, the modification of the travel price, or the significant modification of the itinerary, the customer will be informed no later than 21 days before departure. In each of these three eventualities, the customer will have a period of 8 days upon receipt of the notification to accept the new proposal or request the cancellation of their registration. In this case, the amounts paid by the client will be refunded, but no compensation can be claimed. Similarly, if the trip is canceled due to an epidemic, pandemic, force majeure, or exceptional and unavoidable circumstances, the client will not be entitled to any compensation.
